New Light Prize Exhibition: Shining a Light on Northern Art

From the hyperreal to the purely abstract, from printmaking to sculpture, this high-profile exhibition celebrates contemporary artists at all stages of their career, and from all corners of the North of England. View artworks by emerging talent alongside renowned names such as Isobel Peachey, the youngest woman commissioned to paint an official portrait of The Queen; and Royal Academicians Anne Desmet RA and Norman Ackroyd RA CBE. Also features local talent Alan Stones, Jan Huntley-Peace, Mark Gibbs, Rachel Gibson, Sally-Marie Gardner and Janet Kenyon.
