The Arts Society NW ‘Elizabethan Enigmas’ Study Day

The Arts Society North West has organised a Study Day, Elizabethan Enigmas, with Dr Jonathan Foyle, on Monday, 6 September 2021, at Hoghton Tower.

The day will comprise three lectures: Queen Elizabeth and the ‘Tudor Rose’: the Politics of Royal Identity in Art; Elizabethan Houses and Gardens: Witnesses to the Changing Patterns of Late Sixteenth-Century Life; and Hampton Court and Windsor: Visiting Two Palaces in the Elizabethan Age.
