Christmas Lunch 5 December 2018

Wednesday, 5 December 2018 at Fylde Rugby Club

This year’s Christmas lunch will be held at Fylde Rugby Club, following the December lecture which is also being held at the Club.

The Lunch costs £28.50 per person, which includes a three course meal, coffee and a glass of wine or soft drink . Members who are bringing guests to the lunch are invited to bring them along to the morning lecture at a specially reduced visitor charge of £4. The overall cost for visitors attending both the lecture and the lunch is £32.50.

Following the lecture, those members who are staying for Christmas Lunch will have time to relax at the Rugby Club and enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink before being seated for lunch at approximately 1.30 pm.

The menu choices are:

Starters: Seasonal Vegetable Soup or Homemade Chicken Liver Pate, Orchard Chutney, Crostini

Main Courses: Roast Fylde Turkey with Seasonal Trimmings or Slow Cooked Blade of Beef with Caramelised Onions, Yorkshire Pudding & Gravy.
Vegetarian Option: Mozzarella & Char Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Stack, with Sticky Balsamic.

Desserts: Hedgerow Berry Eton Mess or Sticky Toffee Pudding, Butterscotch Sauce, Home-made Custard.

Tea and/or coffee will be provided after lunch.
