Election of Committee officers and members

Our Annual General Meeting will be held prior to the lecture on Wednesday 3 February 2016 beginning at 1pm. Full members are invited to propose/second nominations for positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Secretary or as a Committee Member. Election forms will be available from reception but in order to save printing costs you can download a form here.

Completed forms must be returned to Marion Nuttall (Secretary) by 11. 00 am Thursday 10 December 2015 either by post or by e-mail. (addresses are on the downloaded form) Please note that all nominees must have agreed to undertake the roles for which they have been nominated prior to submission of the form.
